ADULT FITNESS SESSIONS

Summer is around the corner and what better time to get fit & healthy..

We are offering our Big Local residents the opportunity to attend an 8 week fitness programme with a very skilled personal trainer!

This is a FREE course and will be offered on a first come first serve basis!

Here are a list of some of the benefits from exercising…

  • Promoting cardiovascular health.
  • Improving blood flow to the brain.
  • Reducing inflammation.
  • Lowering levels of stress hormones.
