Summer is here and the lock down is being wound down.
So it’s time to unleash your creativity and celebrate with a burst of positivity.
Art Positivity is a competition that the Worlds End and Lots Road Big Local is hosting for local kids from ages 5 to 16?
We are hoping to run this every year when Summer comes around.
The theme for this year is Things that make us feel happy.
Just think of the local spaces or people that matter to you. Think about why you love them, why they inspire you, and how they could be celebrated with art.
Entering is easy.
All you have to do is create a piece of art using paint, crayons, sharpies, chalk, ink, collages, tissue prints, stencils, paper weaving, or whatever…
Once your artwork is complete, you can either drop it into the hub (Unit 8, Worlds End Place, Worlds End Estate, London, SW10 0HE), through the letterbox in an envelope, or you could take a picture and email it vanessa@welr.org.uk. Entries must include your name, address & age on the back of the drawing, or in the email.
