A warm, welcoming, inclusive day and residential school. Parkwood Hall Co-operative Academy caters for 7-19 year old students with a wide range of special educational needs.
We have particular strengths in meeting speech language and communication needs allied to moderate to severe learning difficulties and autistic traits. Our students have a range of educational and/or medical diagnoses.
Many parents first hear about us from friends and colleagues, who suggest that they “come and take a look”. Often, that first visit is what convinces them that we have the qualities, attitude and detailed provision they seek for their child. We have wonderful grounds, with lots of space in which to live and learn, but more importantly we have a passion for making a positive difference to the life of every child at Parkwood Hall.
Please bear in mind though, as you explore our website, that only a visit to the school will enable you to experience first hand the very special qualities of the school, the staff and the students. You are warmly urged to get in touch and arrange a visit at a time which suits you best. We will be delighted to welcome you, whether you are a parent, a fellow professional or even an Ofsted inspector!
I look forward to meeting you. In the meantime, please read on to see just what it is that makes us a unique and highly sought-after regional resource for the whole of London and the South East.
