St Cuthbert’s School is one of the sites used by the Borough to run a Children’s Centre.
The Children’s Centre provides a resource for parents, carers and children in our community.
A Children’s Centre is a place where local families with children under five years old can access universal children’s services. Children Centres provide easy access to a range of community health services, parenting and family support, integrated early education and childcare, and links to training and employment opportunities for families with children under the age of five.
The services and programmes offered in our children’s centres include registered childcare; crèche facilities; drop-in sessions, dads’ groups, and stay and play sessions; health advice; and post/pre-natal support.
